CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

Mr. Newkirk is an Air Force-trained leader with over 16 years of experience in both the Department of Defense and Industry, managing projects, developing software, and overseeing developmental and operational tests, acquisitions, and system engineering efforts to ensure assets are appropriately integrated, allocated, suitable, and operational. He is an industry-certified professional in project management and acquisition for the Air Force. Mr. Newkirk has extensive experience in supporting various research programs and operational transition efforts.

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Certus Innovations, he is the company's highest-ranking executive. For over 8 years, he has been responsible for ensuring that the business operates at a profit and meets its objectives. He develops strategies to capture new opportunities, including delegating tasks and directing agendas to drive profitability by effectively managing the organizational structure.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER 

Mr. Scialdo is a certified cloud solutions architect and innovative technology leader with extensive experience in cloud advisory services, technology portfolio management, modernization and digital transformation roadmaps, security and governance frameworks, cost optimization, and agile program management. He has comprehensive expertise in supporting various technology initiatives and operational transition efforts.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Certus Innovations, he is responsible for establishing business-aligned technology strategies that support current and future company initiatives. In addition to his technology leadership role, Mr. Scialdo provides executive leadership across business operations and organizational development.
