Certus Innovations selected by U.S. Air Force to Support Force Protection and Base Security at Scale with DMSAT

On December 17, 2025, Certus Innovations, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), announced the selection for a DMSAT Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA, an agreement which establishes the terms for future purchases, is provided by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center – Force Protection Division (AFLCMC/HBU) and has an estimated value of up to $35M–$50M over the 5-year life of the contract.

DMSAT, a part of the larger Defender Multi-Domain Command, Control, and Communications (DMDC3) initiative, provides Defender-enhanced mobile Common Operating Picture (COP) for Air Force Security Forces. This empowers mobile patrols, both mounted and dismounted, to visualize force positioning, communicate, and coordinate base defense operations.

This milestone underscores Certus’ position as a trusted technology partner delivering mission-ready AI, cloud, and IoT systems that enhance operational efficiency across defense environments.

The award builds on Certus’ prior Phase II SBIR successes, leveraging the company’s deep expertise in applied machine learning and secure cloud architecture to accelerate capability transition for the warfighter.
